Protocol

Protocol For Receiving Audience and Addressing the Royal Council:

Foreign Royalty or Heads of State

1. Shall be addressed as "Your Highness" by the Council, and are expected to address the Council Members as "Your Grace". Address the Monarch as "Your Majesty".
2. Request an audience through the Royal Councilor of Foreign Policy (by sending a page or a letter). An audience will be promised within one week. If the issue is termed emergency by the Foreign Royalty, the issue will be heard within a day.

Foreign Ambassadors

1. Shall be addressed as "My Lord" by the Council, and are expected to address the Council Members as "Your Grace". Address the Monarch as "Your Majesty".
2. Request an audience through the Royal Councilor of Foreign Policy (by sending a page or a letter). An audience will be promised within two weeks. If the Councilor of Foreign Policy perceives the issue as emergency, the waiting time will be minimized.

Nobility (Including Duke/Dutchess)

1. Shall be addressed as "My Lord" by the Council ("Your Grace" if a Duke/Duchess), and are expected to address the Council Members as "Your Grace". Address the Monarch as "Your Majesty".
2. 2. Request an audience through the Royal Councilor expected to oversee the issue at hand (by sending a page or a letter). An audience will be promised within two weeks. If the Royal Councilor perceives the issue as emergency, the waiting time will be minimized.

The Beloved People

1. Shall be addressed as "Sir/Madame" by the Council, and are expected to address the Council Members as "Your Grace". Address the Monarch as "Your Majesty".
2. Request an audience through the Royal Councilor expected to oversee the issue at hand (by sending a page or a letter). An audience will be promised within three weeks (if the issue is determined to be significant enough and the overseeing Royal Councilor cannot deal alone with solving the issue). If the Royal Councilor perceives the issue as emergency, the waiting time will be minimized.
