Modes Of Address
King or Queen: Your Majesty
Crown Prince or Crown Princess: Your Royal Highness
Prince or Princess: Your Highness
Duke or Duchess: Your Grace
Lord or Lady: My Lord, My Lady
Rules of application:
1. When addressing someone in a higher station of life, e.g., a princess speaking to a crown prince (aka, the heir first in line to the throne), then the person of lower station would be bound by the above modes of address when speaking.
2. When addressing someone of equal station in life, e.g., a duke addressing another duke's duchess or a King addressing a Queen of another land, then the equal parties can either call each other My Lord/My Lady if of opposite sex, by title or by title and first name, e.g., the King of Krahnal would probably call the King of Galidora "King Alberne" upon their first meeting. However, two persons who are equal in station because they are married have probably dropped title and just use first name when speaking to one another.
3. When addressing someone of lesser station in life, e.g., a crown prince addressing a princess, then the person by higher station is not bound by any modes of address and may use the person's given name, even without formal introduction. If the person of higher station wishes to be exceedingly polite, he or she might still use the person's title or title and name (e.g., a Crown Princess might address another Princess by calling her "Princess or "Princess _______" (fill in her name).
